To schedule an appointment, please call (301) 326-1302 or Schedule Online. Same day or next day appointment requests will be given, based upon availability. Walk -Ins and new patients are always accepted. To help expedite your brief visit with us, after making an appointment, you may start filling out the Patient Form Online.

Emergencies
Please do not hesitate to go to the emergency room in the event of an emergency.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient. Patients will be billed for late cancellations or no-shows. Please schedule only definite appointments. There are no tentative appointments.

Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments and remaining balances. Patients also have the option of paying the dental fees in advance and then receiving their insurance reimbursement check directly from the insurance company
Financial Policy
Payments, co-payments and co-insurances are due at the time services are rendered. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, insurance assignment and the following credit cards:
For extensive treatment, payment plans may be arranged with the office manager. Patients may review a treatment authorization form and financial agreement before treatment is initiated. For crowns, bridges and other major work, full payment must be made prior to completion of the treatment. We also offer Care Credit
Medical Records
All medical information is kept strictly confidential. Our records cannot be released without a written request. We are HIPAA compliant.
Telephone Calls to the Dentist
If you have medical questions which only one of our dentists can answer, a message will be taken and your medical file will be given to a dentist who will return your call the same day. If your question is non-medical, a qualified staff member will be pleased to assist you.
