 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an awesome experience here today with both the X-ray technician and the dentist. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

However, the front desk staff could benefit from some additional customer service and people-skills training. Their attitudes—or lack thereof—could potentially deter patients from wanting to return. The front desk is often the first and last impression a patient has, so having a welcoming, friendly, and professional demeanor is extremely important.

Overall, I was very pleased with the care I received from the clinical staff and appreciate the excellent service provided by the X-ray technician and dentist.

Dr. Ego-Osuala is not only incredibly knowledgeable but unlike most dentists, he takes a conservative approach and only recommends things when they’re actually needed, not when they generate more profit.
